Wooj makes objects where the production process is the surface. Their 3D printed lamp is built layer by layer, and every layer is visible. When lit from within, the amber material doesn't just glow. It reveals its own making.
Form as process. Light as material.
Wooj's lamp is built layer by layer, and every layer shows. The brief was simple: get close, move slowly, let the material speak. The video explores the object in near-abstract macro - the ribbed amber surface, the undulation of the printed form, the way warm light filters differently through each layer of translucent filament. Less product video, more material study.
The shots move between the tactile surface detail and the full object from the almost geological texture of the printed ribs to the soft warm glow the lamp casts when lit from within. The 3D printing process isn't hidden here: it's the whole point. The wavy form, the stacked layers, the amber translucency - all of it becomes more interesting the closer you look.

One object, one video. Enough to show that the most interesting thing about this lamp is what happens when you turn it on.
An object that rewards attention and a video that gives it.
