ABOUT THESE TERMS These terms govern the relationship between Kiosk (Copenhagen, Denmark) and clients. By commissioning work from Kiosk, you agree to these terms.

SERVICES Kiosk provides visual direction, spatial design, and AI-assisted creative production. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined per project in a written proposal.

PROPOSALS AND APPROVAL All work begins from an agreed brief and written proposal. Changes to scope after approval may affect timeline and cost.

PAYMENT Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Kiosk may withhold deliverables until outstanding invoices are settled.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use final delivered assets for the agreed purpose. Kiosk retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

REVISION ROUNDS Proposals include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at our standard rate.

AI-ASSISTED PRODUCTION Kiosk uses AI as a production tool within a human-led creative process. This does not affect the ownership or licensing of delivered assets.

CONFIDENTIALITY Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the project.

LIABILITY Kiosk's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

TERMINATION Either party may terminate with written notice. Work completed to that point will be invoiced. Final assets will not be delivered until all outstanding amounts are paid.

GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
